Chester Parent Council is composed of parents, caregivers, and community volunteers who aim to enrich the lives of students, teachers, and staff at Chester Elementary School. We meet on a regular basis to sort out fundraising initiatives, community action needs, and explore options to support the well-being of all of our children.
